One entry into Carolina Game day. You can have any combination of team (i.e.> 3 ladies + 1 Fella).Does not qualify for prizes. Signups before August 26th get Official Carolina Game Day Shirts. Workout will be very similar to the competitive division, just with modifications/adjustments to meet you where you are in your fitness journey.

Be sure to have your team name ready as your other team mates will be paired together for the competition by the name that you submit.
